Grubhub

Project Description: 75,000SF 3 floor buildout including 7 kitchens, 55 conference/huddle rooms and over 400 work stations. High-end A/V equipment and lighting package were included in the scope.

MIT Hayden Library

Project Description: Full renovation and reconstruction as the first of MIT future libraries program. Scope included 2 floors and 2 sub basements, installation of a new elevator, multiple offices, common areas and circulation area. The Courtyard included full renovation and repair of courtyard drainage system, waterproofing membrane and irrigation system (the entire library archival collection is located under the exterior courtyard). Landscaping improvements included in the planting of new trees, along with ground covering, benches with integrated lights and a new pavilion with an all glass front facing the newly landscaped courtyard.

Whale Rock

Project Description: Renovation of these corporate offices comprised of 15 private offices with custom European office fronts, 3 conference centers, a library, café, fitness center, in office restrooms, changing rooms and showers. This high-end environment included custom millwork with integrated lighting and sound, fine fishes, lighting, hardware, and audio visual throughout

Biogen

Project Description: The project scope included renovating select areas for a lab group relocation. Cold boxes, fume hoods and new hands-free features were all installed in this lab renovation. This building was fully occupied and careful consideration was given due to the sensitive nature of the surrounding departments and labs.
