By reaching out to minority and women owned businesses in the trades, our D & I team, led by our Diversity Outreach Manager, Rupi Kaur, conduct meet and greets, assist in the prequalification effort, and bring new subcontractors into the fold. This effort extends beyond the typical meet and greet to include one-on-one, in-depth conversations, centered on how to support contractors. This process of close monitoring, educating, and shepherding, ensures that together, we have success, sustaining and growing our partner base. Finally, this approach ensures that our clients have top talent, and a diverse workforce on their jobs
