Project Description:

10,000SF tenant fit-out in the Seaport with views overlooking waterfront park. Project highlights include a polished concrete floor, 16′ deck heights with open ceilings, pendant fixtures, and acoustic baffles. Challenges included being positioned directly above a high-end restaurant requiring our team to generate out-of-the-box ideas for alternates to coring and disrupting ceilings below.
