Having spent four decades leading the company it is my great privilege to mentor Lisa as she charts the course for decades to come. I have a great appreciation for what we do. It’s a people business; it’s all about the relationships. Among the many lessons Leo and Elaine imparted on me as a young man, I mind this one well, and remember that every decision we make is in support of long-term relationship building.
