I’ve always viewed the construction industry as a team sport.  The collaboration of individuals with unique and specialized areas of expertise to manage towards a common goal, appeals to me.  Not one team member could succeed without the support and participation of the balance of the project team.  The healthy exchange of ideas and strategy differs for every project, so for that reason alone, I’m glad I’ve spent my career in this industry.
