This 75,000SF fit-out, on the 10th and 11th floors of the Exchange Building at 53 State Street, Boston marks a major transition for this tech company. The relocation of its headquarters will allow the company much needed breathing room, in a space that is more in keeping with their collabortive culture.  An open office environment that includes; 385 Workstations, 15 huddle rooms, 22 phone rooms, a training center, a walking track for on-the-go meetings on the perimeter of each floor, and a cafe stocked with ice coffee and beer kegerators, cater the work hard play hard mentality.

Completed on a fast-track schedule,  project challenges included the insertion of a 30′ wide interconnecting stair, requiring a robust structural package to support the opening, an intense A/V package in keeping with the varied work styles of employees and the need to conduct meetings virtually, and second and third shift work in keeping with building noise regulations.
