KENNETH N. WEXLER
[Chairman]
As Chairman of the firm, Ken is personally committed to the
successful completion of every Elaine Construction project. He
maintains a vital role of Project Advisor on many of the diverse
projects that are in the office at any one time bringing them
invaluable expertise. Providing a perspective matured over thirty-five
years in the industry, Ken offers guidance that allows projects
to unfold seamlessly.

LISA B. WEXLER
[President]
Equally committed to the success of every project and the satisfaction
of every Elaine client, Lisa plays a pivotal role ensuring that
each project is on track and receives the necessary resources
within and outside the firm. As president, her ultimate objective
is to see that all project goals are met and that Elaine clients
receive the highest level of quality and service available resulting
in a professional relationship solidified for years to come.

DON WEXLER
[Project Manager]
Known to many Elaine clients for his thirty years of expertise at managing
demanding construction projects, Don Wexler provides a valuable
resource to a firm that strives to deliver the best construction and
management services available. His leadership has matured over
three decades in the construction industry bringing tremendous decision
making and team building skills to any project he is associated with. He is
a cornerstone of our project management team.

JAMES FORRESTER
[Project Manager]
A Project Manager at Elaine Construction for eight years, Jim brings over
twenty years of experience in the industry. His expertise at managing large
scale, fast-track projects with demanding deadlines and design elements
demonstrates his ability and thorough knowledge of construction. We are
proud of the track record Jim has established after many years of
outstanding service to our clients.

GLENN D. STEWART
[Project Manager]
As one of Elaine's project managers, Glenn is responsible
for the day to day duties and tasks associated with overseeing
a diverse group of project types. Glenn effectively guides his
projects to a successful completion through diligent planning,
communication and an ability to anticipate challenges that may
occur. Glenn has gained a particular expertise in the new construction
and renovation of sophisticated laboratories requiring innovative
scheduling and knowledge of highly specialized equipment and
technical providers.

BOB BAKER
[Project Manager]
Bob will manage every aspect and phase of the construction process for
large-scale and fast track interior projects. Twenty-five years of
experience and his ability to successfully complete complex spaces used by
the regions most advanced creators and manufacturers of technology based
products, make Baker a valuable new member of the Elaine project management
team. He has a reputation for being an excellent team player and will guide
his projects to completion efficiently, professionally and exactly as
promised.

BRIAN RUSSO
[Estimator]
Brian brings the added benefit of in-house engineering estimates to Elaine
Construction's estimating team. He will accumulate and analyze bid and
pricing information as well as prepare detailed estimates with a particular
emphasis on the engineering fundamentals for MEP systems. Brian will create
spreadsheets, cost documentation, pricing and quantity analysis reports on
preliminary and final project costs. He will communicate specific details
effecting project costs including material selection, schedule and phasing
plans. This is invaluable information for the entire project team.

LORI STEWART COLETTI
[Director of Client Services]
Lori brings 20 years of leadership experience in the design and construction
industry. She will direct her skills and experience toward reinforcing
Elaine’s commitment to its repeat clients. Lori will lend her expertise
providing insight, perspective and strategic direction for some of Elaine’s
more complex projects.

TOM
MONROE
[Director of Engineering]
Tom has 20 years of experience in the construction and HVAC industry. Most recently, Tom served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for EMCOR, a mechanical subcontractor with an annual volume of more than $25 million. Tom’s extensive knowledge of HVAC and Energy Management coupled with his extensive background with financial budgeting and corporate fiscal goals make him a great addition to the ELAINE Construction team. back to top
TIM VANSIPE
[Project Manager/MEP Coordinator]
Tim brings to the ELAINE Construction team six years of professional experience in the facilities management industry and four years working as a machinery technician for the United States Coast Guard. Tim utilizes this unique background for his role at ELAINE Construction, as a project manager and as the liaison between the project engineers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors, and the architect to assure that all systems specified are scheduled, tracked, and tested for optimum performance.

REBECCA WONG [Assistant Project Manager]
Rebecca is a recent grad of Cornell University and a past intern at ELAINE Construction. She brings two years of professional experience in Facilities Management, Research, and Construction Management to the team and will assist the Project Managers as a liaison to the architects and designers and project documentation. back to top
David Pendell
[Project Manager]
David Pendell is a seasoned construction and operations manager with more than 10 years experience managing diverse projects from $100,000 - $5 million. David possesses a wide array of project management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with project teams at all levels of an organization. Prior to joining ELAINE, David enjoyed a long-term and ever-increasing profile of projects for firms like Suffolk, Macomber, and Capital Construction. He also has significant experience in managing mechanical and HVAC projects for a variety of specialty and residential settings.

Jeff Morgan
[Project Manager]
Jeff is an integral member of the ELAINE Construction team assisting in the management of projects varying in size from $100,000 to $10 million. Jeff works as the liaison between all project parties including the client, architect, field personnel and the subcontractors assuring that all are abreast of daily project updates. He manages the day to day flow of information and communication assuring that all is documented and disseminated though the coordination of product submittals, drawings and requests for information.

Sean Kimmons [Estimator]
Sean has nearly 10 years in construction management and estimating experience. Sean focuses on developing estimates as part of Elaine’s project team, and has worked primarily on projects in the institutional and healthcare sectors. Most recently, Sean has acted as the primary point of contact for subcontractors during preconstruction estimating and bidding phases of ELAINE’s work, while working with our estimating team in some of our most complex initiatives.
