The corporate client remains a mainstay of Elaine's repeat client group and the type of space varies as much as the businesses themselves.

Among past clients, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Sovereign Bank chose Elaine to assist in expanding their regional branch locations. Other work included a consolidation of Towers Perrin's corporate headquarters; Brickstone Mills' new 30,000 sf tenant cafeteria and on-going work with Fidelity Investments.

One of Elaine's most exciting and challenging projects of the year involves relocating and consolidating 70,000 sf of corporate headquarters space for TAC Worldwide.
