The 28,000SF, 1920’s building was adapted for not-for-profit educational and community use. Years of neglect, a failing roof, and compromised building envelope resulted in extensive water damage and mold. The exterior renovation included; a new roof, repointing and replacement of all lintels, all new windows, and a small addition, new HVAC throughout. Little Sprouts and St. Elizabeth’s Hospital community clinic and wellness facility currently occupy the building.
