Construction of a tightly temperature controlled Advanced Laser Lab. This job required a 2 degree +/- high volume air system that needed to be vibration isolated and soundproofed enough so as not to effect the laser operation.
This project is the second phase of the Zwierlein Laboratory at MIT, which utilized BIM as a critical part of the planning and coordination process. By utilizing BIM it allowed Elaine to manage this complicated renovation project with minimal change orders and maximum efficiency-condensing the schedule by nearly 30%.
