Renovation of high end prototype space within an occupied floor. Project challenges included: managing long-lead items that typically don’t lend themselves to pre-order, as was the case with the specialty glass needed for the millwork frames, and not available for field measure. An intense coordination effort brought together the impacted trades to determine sizes, procure, and seamlessly install – ensuring schedule slide did not occur.
