The gut renovation and construction of a state-of-the-art, 2,400SF, distance learning and lecture hall, complted on a fast-track summer schedule. A custom millwork panel system was constructed to run on tracks to eliminate noise and glare from the lecture space. An intensive coordination effort was reuqired to integrate new mechanical systems, Lutron Controls, lighting, and fixed furnishings including hardwired chairs. This ADA accessible hall was carried out utilizing full 7 day work weeks for the duration of the project.
