Infrastructure upgrade to accommodate new office, laboratory, and machine shop in the basement level of 52 Oxford Street on the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences Campus. Scope included the relocation of an existing 32,000 CFM AHU in an occupied building to create a new mechanical room. Work included the relocation of existing 96″ x 32″ supply ductwork, and 50″ diameter return ductwork, outdoor air, electrical & VFD’s – piping and controls, new heat recovery unit with form exhausst stacks 26″ in diameter through existing shaft 80′ high.
