Originally constructed in 1904, Agassiz House was in need of code and ADA upgrades. Home to the undergraduate Theatre & Administrative Offices, this phased occupied renovation required a lengthy preconstruction period to plan for the phased construction and to identify long-lead items, write early release packages and develop safety plans. The historic fabric of the building required surgical precision for the removal and replacement of systems, to maintain the viability of the interior.

The project was completed on time and within the pre-defined budget set by the institute.
