Forest Capital Partners 12,000 sf space at 281 Summer Street in Boston was to be a testament to its business initiatives and its future, and they looked to Elaine Construction to make this vision a reality. To the extent possible, Forest used natural and unprocessed materials to convey the language of its space—including particleboard, laminate, and substrate as part of its finished language. Open ceilings and exposed ductwork completed the resulting industrial appearance, in concert with the finish of the space overall.
