Porter Square

The two phase Porter Square Shopping Center project involved constructing a new 36,000 square foot building to house a CVS Drug Store and Healthworks Fitness Center and the renovation of the adjacent retail plaza. Elaine Construction served as construction manager for both phases. The plaza's revitalization project included new treatments to existing facades at Massachusetts Avenue, Elm Street and White Street retail fronts.
