Congregation Or Atid

Elaine Construction served as Construction Managers for the new Congregation Or Atid—a synagogue with a 250 seat sanctuary, a library/chapel for smaller services, eight classrooms, support offices and a function room with a full service kitchen. The Architect's emphasis was on utilizing the site's natural features to enhance the orientation of the building. The synagogue's hierarchy of exterior levels draws the visitor towards the sanctuary within. The interior walls feature a continuous perimeter of clerestory windows providing natural light and views to the wooded outdoors.
