Zwierlein Laboratory

This project is the second phase of the Zeirlein Laboratory at MIT, which utilized BIM as a critical part of the planning and coordination process.  By utilizing BIM it allowed Elaine to manage this complicated renovation project with minimal change orders and maximum efficiency-condensing the schedule by nearly 30%.
