Chuang Laboratory—MIT

Elaine Construction was responsible for the construction of MIT’s Chuang Laboratory, in Building 26, which was a fully-occupied space. Particular challenges included sequencing of activities, sourcing of materials and long lead items, and managing the expectations of other building occupants throughout the construction process.
