Elaine Construction acted as construction manager in this 50,000 square foot renovation at 3 Center Plaza, Boston, Massachusetts. Construction included a new reception, boardroom, private offices, executive suite, and open office space. This project was an expansion to existing space and included phased construction and moves to complete the space with no disruption to business operations or occupants of the building.

Working with the design and project management team, Elaine Construction provided full services, including developing control budgets, assisting with value engineering throughout the design phase, developing and monitoring the schedule and logistics.
