Choate Hall & Stewart LLP

As part of its master plan, Choate selected Elaine Construction as construction managers to renovate its expansion space within its more than 175,000 sf at Two International Place, Boston, MA. Choate expanded to additional space on floors 5, 22, and 35, in multiple phases over a 12-month period. ELAINE worked closely with Choate, CBT Architects, RDK Engineers, and Chiofaro to develop budgets, logistics, source materials, prepurchase long lead items, and develop strategies for several complex areas, including the relocation of the legal library, and relocation/expansion of the executive boardroom and dining room. Much of this construction took place within occupied space and included high-end finishes, millwork, and complex A/V systems.
