Boston Coach

BostonCoach, a worldwide ground transport company, set out to relocate from their Everett location and create a highly functional, sustainable corporate headquarters within a century old warehouse in Boston's Seaport District, which was as much a strategic tool to attract and retain employees as it was a symbol of their ongoing commitment to follow sound environmental practices. With the help of the project team the project accomplishments included two LEED Innovation in Design Credits; a reduction in lighting energy by 30%; 126,000 gallons of water will be saved annually; 90% of the construction waste was recycled; and the underfloor air distribution system not only provides comfort it allows for maximum flexibility in future changes.
