William Morash, Director of Project Management 
As Director of Project Management, Bill assumes leadership of many of Elaine’s most complex programs and initiatives, providing senior leadership, project direction, and best practices developed over a lifetime career in construction management.
Prior to joining Elaine, Bill was a Managing Director on Shawmut Design and Construction’s leadership team. In this role, Bill provided senior oversight of major projects, and was charged with developing innovations and new approaches as the company took on larger initiatives.
