Tom Monroe, Director of Engineering
Tom has 20 years of experience in the construction and HVAC industry. Tom’s extensive knowledge of HVAC and Energy Management coupled with his extensive background with financial budgeting and corporate fiscal goals make him an asset to the Elaine Construction team. We employ a Director of Engineering with experience in procurement of MEP equipment throughout the preconstruction phase, aimed at procuring the correct equipment, understanding the intent and responding, and evaluating lead times. We are perhaps the largest prepurchaser of mechanical equipment in the Boston general contracting community, and enjoy credibility in this arena based on our 60-year history and the reputation of our engineering group.
