Jackie Falla

As Director of Client Services, Jackie is responsible for developing strategic growth plans, in close collaboration with the leadership team, in the areas of Corporate, Commercial, Institutional and Nonprofit Sectors. Jackie manages the full complement of business development activities for Elaine, bringing to bear her skills in relationship and visibility building, technical writing, and client service. Jackie brings more than 17 years experience in the A/E/C industry, specifically in the areas of marketing, communications, and business development. Prior to joining Elaine she served as Director of Business Development for Shawmut Design and Construction’s Academic Division helping to strengthen its presence in the Rhode Island marketplace, and launch an academic focused office in Connecticut.
