Elaine's estimating team plays a critical role in preconstruction planning. Since 80% of our work is as construction managers, their creativity at developing cost-effective solutions is key to our success as an organization. With a range of expertise, they contribute on all levels, from design, constructability, availability, logistics, and cost effectiveness. They are accountable to the client and to the Elaine team, and responsible for the execution of their plans. They understand communications as well as construction. They are critical to ensuring the right resources from the subcontractor community are dispatched to every initiative.
